Yin Yoga Teacher Training weekend April 27th-29th, with Peter Palladino. This training is designed for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge on the life-changing practice of Yin yoga, as well as certified 200hr teachers.

 

Teachers will be provided with 20 hours of CEUs and will receive certification upon completion. This training includes theory, anatomy, sequencing and practice. You will learn the extraordinary benefits of Yin yoga and how to create and deliver an intelligent and safe class. You will examine anatomy as well as the principles of sequencing for this amazingly healing and magical practice.

Cost is $500 (Includes 20 hr CEU certification)
