Emotional Release Yoga
Join Laurie Levenstein, 500 E-RYT, for each savory portion of the five-part workshop series to learn practical and useful tools to release deep-seated emotions, connect to a deeper sense of Self, and achieve a profound level of joy and peacefulness!
These Workshops will be offered once a month and upon their completion,
they are designed to give you:
- A well-rounded understanding of your emotions,

- Teach you how to boost your mood and stay elevated,
- Good Comprehension of the roll that emotions play in our lives,
- AND A Strong Community of supportive and like-minded souls!
E.R.Y. 1st Unit - Yoga & EFT

Yoga combined with the healing benefits of (EFT) Emotional Freedom Transfer, a technique that uses acupressure points on the body to release emotions, and feel free, liberated and joyful.
E.R.Y. 2nd Unit - Boost & Protect Your Good Mood!

Have you ever left an amazing yoga session to only get caught up in negative energy of the world minutes later? We will learn to release with Yoga and protect your good mood and hard-earned balance with clever and simple techniques that work! You can keep your good mood and protect your positive outlook through-out your week and longer.
E.R.Y. 3rd Unit - Yoga & Breathing to Uplift!

Join us for Yoga combined with the healing benefits of specific breathing techniques! We will explore the body through yoga poses while periodically clearing and up-lifting your heart-mind and vibration with breathing exercises (Pranayam).

Yoga combined with the healing benefits of on-going intention setting, gratitude, self-care, journaling, and prayer. You'll receive the materials and the tools.
E.R.Y. 5th Unit - Grief Healing (as a part of our Grief Healing Weekend)
Grief Healing Weekend: January 24th - 26th
Allow Laurie to guide you through simple and gentle grief healing exercises. Grief is a funny beast, sometimes you may feel completely normal, other times you may feel like grief comes upon you in the most devastating ways during the most unexpected times. The best way out is through.
RYT Continuing Education Units and Completion:
Each unit is designed to be taken by themselves or in combination with other units.
Registered Yoga Instructors earn 2 hours of CEU's with each Workshop Unit!
Receive certificate upon completion of all five of the series,
which satisfies the annual requirements of CEU's required by Yoga Alliance as a RYT.
Units will be offered twice a year, units can be taken out of order, after completion of all five separate units, certificate of completion of the Emotional Release Series will be issued.
Laurie tells her story:
I was so grateful to find the healing techniques of yoga, in my twenties, that allowed me to create stability in my life and claim my happiness. Prior to yoga, I spent years with traditional talk therapy, which always left me yearning for more. My progress really took off when I discovered these specific emotional release techniques.
After the sudden death of my husband in 2013, trauma took a toll on my emotions and my health. These circumstances called on me to work on myself, and affirmed for me, that these emotional release techniques really work; in fact they heal you in the most profound ways.
We each have different challenges and different circumstances to face, but we heal the same. We all have the opportunity to transform; we don't have to do it alone!
There's no greater sense of purpose for me than assisting others in healing and transformation.
